Hotel Projects

Quantity Surveying services on an adapted management type contract for the alterations of an existing court house with new construction to the rear to form a four star hotel.  The hotel is on a very tight site in Central London next to the London Palladium.

The hotel comprises 113 rooms, and also has a swimming pool, cinema, restaurant, gym, and bistro.  The cells of the existing courthouse have also been retained as part of the bar area. GG&P (UK) Ltd services comprised of preparing tender packages for elements of the work and agreeing these packages with the main contractor.  Cost reporting, valuation, value engineering were also part of the services provided.

Religious Facilities

Construction of a community centre, Gopura and Ceremonial steps together with extensive hard and soft landscaping.

The scheme has been constructed in conjunction with the Millennium Commission.
