Twycross Zoo – New Visitor Welcome Centre

GG&P (UK) Ltd was appointed in both Project Management and Quantity Surveying capacities to construct a new visitor welcome centre at Twycross Zoo.

The building is being regarded as a prestige “flagship” development for Twycross Zoo.

The Moorland Centre – Edale

GG&P acted as Quantity Surveyors on this project.  The works included new administration facilities in the existing main house and the construction of a new visitor centre for the Peak District National Park Authority.

The value of the construction works was approximately £800,000.

Twycross Zoo – Elephant Paddock

GG&P (UK) Ltd was involved with both project management and quantity surveying duties to develop the new paddock.

Twycross Zoo – Main House

GG&P (UK) Ltd was appointed as Quantity Surveyors to cost manage the project through to completion. The works involved demolitions, alterations, refurbishment and the construction of a new extension to the existing main house.
